RULES OF USE OF THE KART TRACK AND DECLARATION OF THE USER OR RESPONSIBLE IF THE USER IS LOWER. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE TRACK WITH KART Article 1.- The signing of this ticket entitles the user to travel with "kart" along the track during the time established in the ticket. Article 6.- The company will not be liable for accidents suffered by the user that contravenes the provisions of these general conditions of which it is aware. Article 7.- The company is not responsible for the damages caused by the driver of the "kart" due to his own imprudence or negligence in driving, both in his own person and in third parties.
